Policies

We value our reputation as a salon providing not only excellence in technical services, but creating an atmosphere of genuine caring and concern for your well-being. Please don't hesitate to advise a guest service representative if you need any assistance or have any questions.

Appointments
We will require a credit card to hold your appointment in the event that there is a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice or a no show. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment to allow time for you to change into a robe (if necessary) complete our Guest Form and to relax prior to your service.

Cancellations and Lateness Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for any single service. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple service. 50% of the service will be charged on any late cancellations or no-show appointments. If you are late and it affects the stylist's schedule, there will be a $25 charge the day of the service.

Client Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! If you require any type of adjustment to your color or cut, please contact us within 14 days from the date of your service, and we will do our very best to ensure your satisfaction. This is provided complimentary withing the 14 days and if correcting the same service. 

Pricing
First Impressions Salon reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain services without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.

Gratuities
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients.  Gratuities may not be added to a credit card. Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless noted otherwise.

Method of Payment
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash.

Age Requirement
Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving services. Children under the age of 18 may need a signed waiver and/or accompaniment by a parent or adult guardian for certain services.

Gift Certificates
A First Impressions Salon gift certificates makes a wonderful gift for any special occasion, holiday or cause for celebration. Gift certificates are not refundable, not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Please review all terms and conditions.

For Your Comfort
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as some services may be contraindicated. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities.

So you may fully enjoy your salon experience, and as a courtesy to other guests, cell phones should be turned on vibrate.

Select services require a credit card on file to secure your appointment, however you can pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, credit card or gift certificate.

Product Guarantee
It is important to us that you have the correct hair care products for use at home. We encourage you to bring in any item that is not meeting your expectations and we will replace it with something that better suits your needs. Returns are accepted on all hair care products and will be given full exchange credit toward the purchase of another product. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on hair accessories such as brushes. Sales of those items are final.

All pricing is based on time used to perform each service. Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your particular hair needs. If you have any questions on specific pricing, then we urge you to ask your stylist for pricing prior to your service.
